Pros

Smooth process from start to finish with a team of top-notch employees from executives to recruiters and everyone in between. Some of the MOST genuine people. The objective is very clear and the excitement around the growth into the US is felt by all!

Cons

Everything has flowed in a smooth rhythm. It has been well explained and made clear that for now, the US employees will be working with a PEO firm while the required entities are being formed. By no means a con to me but I can sympathize with the hesitation about having interim-facing partners.
