      It's been a month I am working in Laureate global, it's been a great working here.We get exposure which is really good.

      Good exposure to various kinds of assignments across industries. Branding and good presentation seems to be a core competence of the company.

      Cons

      Yet to mature toward handling and managing their people. Yet to grow as a brand in the market. Struggling to retain talent.

      Pros

      Lot of learning and unlimited growth. One of the best Culture and environment that I have seen in any firm. Very supportive top management who treat you like their own family.

      Cons

      The work processes are very unstructured. The disciplines are not good. Help is forthcoming but internal timelines are taken casually.
