    Cons

Rasies and growth is slow their isn't any movement for technicians and the industry focuses on the salesmen

Trickle down energy and maybe even earnings to the service and support groups lazy days used to be the best company to work for

I worked at Lazydays RV full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great core values and culture, good pay, benefits hot better in 2019

    Cons

One person wears too many hats in smaller locations making time off nearly impossible.

    Advice to Management

Benefits have to get more affordable in order to keep good employees.

I have been working at Lazydays RV full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent people to work with and a pleasant environment to work in. Better than average pay and benefits.

    Cons

Service departments for RV companies are universally bad in Colorado and it affects your ability to get referrals and repeat business. Systems are antiquated for today's faster paced environment.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time looking at solving the service, warranty, and storage issues and sales will come much more easily

I worked at Lazydays RV full-time

    Pros

Competitive Pay, Larger dealership which is good for flat rate work flow.

    Cons

So much politics, Dont want to pay PCS for small things they want you to do. NO TRAINING AT ALL for experienced technicians. Very high turnaround rate due to complications and time loss for flat rate techs. 2 walkouts in the time i was there

I worked at Lazydays RV full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great coworkers and people. Growing a lot, they keep adding more dealerships.

    Cons

Disorganized, Benefits are too expensive, low pay, and broken promises. If you try to tell hr about the problems they promise you they will look into the problem and never do anything about it. Management is stressed out and angry. Use to be the biggest dealership around but now a lot more competition and they are not keeping up with better pay and benefit from other places.

    Advice to Management

Keep your promises, if you say you are going to pay more or keep a job don't go back on your word. Need to get better benefits for employees, the plan they have now is too expensive and doesn't pay for anything. Pay your people better because if you don't people will go down the road to another place that pays more. If you are going to grow so fast, add more help to deal with more people and don't forget about where...

I worked at Lazydays RV full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Laid-back work environment and work at your own pace.

    Cons

Commission only where you get paid minimum wage then you have to pay it ALL back as soon as you sell something; leaving you with a couple hundred dollars a paycheck if you're lucky.

    Advice to Management

    Good luck

I have been working at Lazydays RV full-time

    Pros

There are no pros to working here

    Cons

They don't treat you with respect, they pay very little, they leave the techs with no jobs to do but tell the customers we are booked out, they drop the ball on customer service and you as an employee have to feel the wrath of the customers

    Advice to Management

Learn to treat your employees with respect, pay a little more, and appreciate the small things your employees do.

I worked at Lazydays RV full-time for less than a year

      Pros

They have a school and pay like 14 an hour and they teach a lot

      Cons

The school is pro rated over 2 years so if you leave or quit you owe them 6600 dollars via contract

      Advice to Management

Advise people of this contract before they waste time trying to work here.

I worked at Lazydays RV full-time for more than a year

      Pros

There are many good people working there and many are like family. It's the only reason I stayed there so long.

      Cons

High turnover in all departments, including HR. Makes you wonder how effective the company can be if HR can't even get it right. Not sure if the leadership in that department has a clue. Pay plans company wide are being changed, making it hard to make a living. The benefits are almost nonexistent, no sick time for hourly employees and minimal 5 days for salaried. Stingy vacation policy. High deductible on health insurance.

      Advice to Management

      Look at your leaders.
