Pros

1) Innovation 2) Culture 3) Interesting Projects 4) Interesting Clients 5) Opportunities for Personal/Professional Development 6) Comprehensive Career Pathing 7) Beautiful Offices 8) Engaged Leadership Team 9) Supportive Environment 10) Collaborative Spirit I’ve been a part of the Learning Tribes team for a little less than one year and, thus far, its been an incredibly rewarding, exciting, and fulfilling experience. The team (here in the Miami HQ, as well as in our offices in Brazil, China, and France) is dynamic, engaging, diverse, experienced, and innovative. The work we do is impactful for our clients and the team takes a lot of pride in our services, deliverables, and interactions. The culture is incredible. Opportunities for personal and professional development are continually made available, fun activities inside and outside of the office are facilitated by our Culture Committee, and people here genuinely enjoy working with one another.

Cons

Need to grow the team at a more expedient pace to keep up with client needs. A good problem - and one that we continue to address by adding additional, exceptional individuals to the team.
