- A toxic environment. - Most brilliant politicians, who play office politics. - Forget you have any family and friends. - Everyone blaming each other rather than finding any solution. - So-called Managers are technically dumb. - Management fake promises to you regarding your salary and growth. - The worst company policy ever. - The company is not following his own rule.

1.Too much work at times. 2. work pressure 3. No vision, no plan even at senior management. 4. Founders are there only for quick bucks, with no intention to grow into something substantial. 5. Dumb HR who don't know what happening in company. 6.Horrible management Please don't leave your job if its good or bad , they can fire you anytime as I have seen one guy getting fired on the date of joining only.So think 1000 times before you join as company is not at all stable.
