-Next to no training, then they tell you that you do not learn fast enough in you evaluation. -They change your job description all the time, a lot of people end up not doing what they were hired for at all. -Sales executives with no experience or skills in team management. -They will fire you with a smile but no warning, even after being employed more than a year. -Not doing overtime for free will be frowned upon and brought up against you in periodical evaluations. -it sometimes feels that there are more directors then workers

Cons

The company will get rid of you as if you never worked for them. Following a restructuring, they laid off more than 50 employees out of the blue and without giving any notice. Employees were removed from the workplace in less than half a day. No empathy. Be careful as they are still trying to recruit people and they may lay them off in a month.
