      Flexible trusting work environment. Well compensated. Good bonuses if you hit your targets. Lots of responsibility even early in career. Good work/life balance, great benefits and a good place to raise a family while having a successful engineering career.

      Cons

      The work is the focal point. Limited social opportunities simply due to size.
