Pros

Currently, very few Pros. There are maybe 4 people in the entire higher-up chain that actually care about those doing the actual work. If you like overtime, they are great for it, and it somewhat makes up for the low pay-rate, just don't ever expect to be thanked for it.

Cons

Where to start. The current HR department is a joke. They are not about the employees, they are about preserving company image, and that is all. Most of the supervisors are from outside the company, and have no idea how any of the processes are actually done, or the work entailed, thus, they treat the employees very badly. Raises are virtually non-existant. I think the best raise I ever got thaere was maybe 18 cents an hour, mind you, that was after walking into a department with no training, and becoming a Trainer in said department within that same year. This happened time and time again. As for the warehouse side, the upper management isn't even in this state, and has said before that everyone in it was overpaid, and if given the option he would fire everyone in it, and we were all worthless. They keep people around who literally do nothing, except sexually harass every female they encounter, and do nothing about it. When anything is said about them, your hours are cut, eliminating your overtime, reason being, these are the bosses. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company if you want to maintain your sanity.

Pros

The people are GREAT to work with, at least in my department. A young, entrapanurell group, full of energy and passion for what we (and the entire Leed's team) do each day. The dress code is relaxed and the spirit of the company is usually filled with stress, but we always get the job done! Each day presents new challenges, but I have yet to come to an issue where someone is willing to help no matter the challenge. The Executive committee is very helpful and communicative and is involved in all aspects of the company. There is a genuine interest in each employes progress.

Cons

Communication gaps, little trust in employees, too many hands in the pot! Let me do my job is the most quoted saying at Leed's. Fairly compensate the employees, at least based on the region and job qualifications.
