      Pros

      It was a good company to work for that offered profit sharing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the pandemic caused too many issues with supply chain and funding. The company was forced to close shop.

      Close-knit team, fun atmosphere, flexible work schedule, dogs allowed in office, good discount and active lunch breaks (work from home covid era was very flexible too)

      Average compensation, benefits could be better
