      Pros

      Incredible Product - Best in class with 27+ years of industry leading design. Women owned and operated with original founders creating a strong culture of inclusivity, innovation, and opportunity for growth. Lenos moves fast and reward employees for their entrepreneurial spirit and drive.

      Cons

      Could use more people - however those brought on board recently are upping the game for the org and will likely lead to more heads as the business continues to grow.

      Staff seem to care about each other, including upper management (to a fault).

      Cons

      - Lack of product roadmap direction - Outdated documentation - Unclear company identity - small business syndrome - Absence of employee training - Personal vendettas against clients and employees - Tunnel-vision staff can't see past the next deadline - Management's word means nothing - COMMUNICATION!

      Cons

      - High Turnover - The pay is not high enough for anyone on the team to live in San Francisco - Proprietary Software, takes away chances to learn new skills.
