Cons
- Script dept frequently could not manage to meet dateline due to bad story, try and error method , none action taken because it's handled by the boss's daughter. Other department could not manage to meet dateline will be blamed forever. - Working for the movie for 3 years (5 years total production) and my name was not in the credit, those who quit during the making of the film even though you have gone thru working long hours, weekends, none will be appreciated and remembered. - Your social medias will be monitored by the company's Spy. - Cannot post or wish other rival animation company's product in social medias as you will be presume as against company. - If you are buttlicker of the management you are easily gets extra reward. - Cannot be friend with ex staff, it's againts company policy. - Brag the best animation company in Malaysia yet their workflow is worse and burdening the staffs. - Boss and buttlicker brag about the boss new Ferrari, Maserati among staffs and clients. - If you seeing any positive comments it's either the management themselves or newbie that has not work directly with the management. - Criticise and look down culture over other company's work.
