    Pros

Levy when not impacted by the Covid is a great company to work, they allow creativity, inclusion, and a willingness to take on opportunities without fear.

    Cons

The Biggest Con is the impact of the Virus which has devastated all lines of business in the blink of an eye.

I worked at Levy full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Plenty of hours, work transfer program

    Cons

Just the unavoidable ones that come with working for a major company like this. Changes would take awhile, but that's nobody's fault.

I worked at Levy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Corporate is very employee forward, engages with employees, and gives back to the community. There is opportunity for lots of learning and some growth in the company. You get to see amazing events at the arena/stadium you're located at.

    Cons

Work:Life balance is incredibly difficult. Sometimes during season you'll get less than 3 days off a month. Extremely long hours on event days can be exhausting. Management often says to take a day off when you can, but you have to be plugged in all the time in case someone needs anything. You never get to just walk away for a vacation, a weekend, or a single day off.

Hectic environment which could be stressful. Also the job was very reliant on coworkers to get stuff done and they hired just about anyone.

I have been working at Levy part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Get to meet different people, somewhat flexible schedule, see a lot of free events

    Cons

New management did not communicate well. Never felt the need to introduce themselves. Automatically felt as if I were supposed to know what they wanted.
