Micromanagement : you get a manager, a company employed client manager, (may or may not be a coding manager) and guess what--a client manager! You'll get last minute demands for calls using Google Meet (horrible meeting app) with people whom you don't know.
They are well-known for a very long and dated Quality Review process where auditors complete charts before you respond, and until recently, you may be Unpaid for the time you spend on those reviews. In several months, I have actually coded for about 2 weeks. Both assignments, they lost the client, but blame the coder.
This is not the place to work for an experienced coder with strong technology skills.
