Pros

This company is more personable than a lot of other legal services agencies that recruit contract attorneys for document review. I really appreciate how kind and considerate the staff is and how they run their business.

Cons

No specific cons that are different from all other legal services agencies. Unpredictable hours and nonexistent upward mobility is just a part of the market.

Pros

Pay rate is good. Pay rate as a contract attorney is the highest I've experienced in several years of doing contract work (although that's likely a function of the contract they have with the employing law firm). Employment has been steady (again, probably has more to do with the firm than Lexolution). You get paid holidays after a while. The staff is helpful, attentive, and friendly. They don't micromanage you and let you work at your own pace.

Cons

There are almost no raises. (Again, this is likely a function of the contract, not Lexolution.) So your pay -- in real dollars -- will decrease over time. My star ratings being rather low are a function of the realities of attorney contract work. A temp agency isn't going to offer career opportunities, have great diversity practices, offer work/life balance, or have a great culture.
