I have been working at LifeBridge Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I like some of my co-workers.

    Cons

They want you to work like a dog with very little pay. I see why so many Doctors and Nurses have left. They don't want to pay you hardly nothing. They want you wear so many hats around here and don't want to pay you nothing. I bet there pockets are being lined with there fat bonuses. That's why they cut back on everything. Food now is ridiculously expensive for employees. They need to get rid of that new vendor. Such a rip off. Sinai is a hostile environment especially in the E.R. Poor management skills throughout. I don't even know how they got their position. They must have known someone to help get them there. There is lack of communication and poor mgmt.

    Advice to Management

Who ever heard of a $.03 raise. I never until i worked here. I had to laugh i thought it was a joke. Look on my mgr face said it for real. I told her they don't sell penny candy no more. What am i suppose to do with that crap. Put it in a jar and hope it would accumulate. Learn how to manage better. Learn to talk to people with respect instead like a child. You go far on how you treat people. This is just a workplace. Because how you treat people it is or will be reciprocated back. Learn how organize.

I have been working at LifeBridge Health full-time

    Pros

Dedicated co-workers, talented and approachable physician leadership, and mission-driven executive team with deep ties to the area. This is an innovative health system that is committed to getting physicians and their teams the tools and the environment that they need to provide the best care for their patients, both inside and outside the four walls of the hospital.

    Cons

Very few "cons." Large organization - like all health systems can be a bit democratic.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in your people.
