Pros

The company provided lunches regularly during company events.

Cons

The entire company works one shift, which makes taking lunch difficult as coverage is also a concern managed by the team, not the supervisors.

Pros

Free food on Fridays is nice

Cons

Where do I even start? The “cult” type reviews turned out to be legit concerns. A lot of hypocrisy lies inside the office. You’ll see any and everybody using cell phones/walking around and goofing off when there’s down time, but if you’re not one of the CEO/Presidents favorites you become an easy target. This company swears they care about their employees, but using EARNED sick/vacation time gets you smart remarks from leads. Speaking of leads, a specific team lead would come in late more than I did and would use up their own sick/vacation time to leave early as well as leave work mid shift to do whatever errands they need to do. See where the hypocrisy comes in??There’s also no honesty from the hire ups. They’ll make excuses just to get rid of you like “it isn’t a good fit “ but in reality you might just be someone that isn’t valuable to them. All in all if you decide to work here , tread carefully. You’ll have to deal with micromanagement, people making inappropriate jokes about peoples race/ethnicity and hear the die hard employees talk about politics all shift. I had more to type but Glassdoor won’t let me. Good luck…

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate and value the input of both current and former employees. We strive each day to live out our Core Values and promote a culture of caring. We apologize that you felt anything less than that during your time at LifePro. In addition to vacation and sick time, 401k, and full medical, dental and vision, we provide lunch on Fridays as part of our weekly team-building meetings, so I’m glad you enjoyed that part of your time here. We pride ourselves in being able to give employees the flexibility to leave early when needed or take care of a family emergency. Despite being a small company, this has been made possible due to each employee’s commitment to building a strong team that takes care of each other and thrives on working together on a daily basis. We do not accept, promote, or tolerate discrimination of any kind, and we would be eager to hear more about your experience and discuss this in further detail. Please feel free to contact us anytime. Thank you again as this helps us make LifePro a better company for everyone. Best of luck in your career! The Leadership Team
