I worked at LiftOne full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Pay, quarterly bonus. You get your own desk.

    Cons

Management does not train, you have to make your own program. Management does not include new people. Not a great experience and most coordinators leave this position because the upper management relationship with one another. Good luck you’ll need it with this branch. No where to eat near by so your break is spent driving.

I have been working at LiftOne full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Lack of management allows for flexibility. Accountability is non-existent.

    Cons

Morale is very poor. We claim to be a "partner" to our customers but there is NO partnering. Service is poor, billing awful, and response time terrible.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for your dedicated contributions to LiftOne for 8+ years. I appreciate your feedback on some areas where we can continue to improve the employee experience . The service optimization project and automation efforts that will be taking place in Birmingham will directly impact many of the manual billing tasks and any delays that your team has been dealing with. There is much to be excited about at LiftOne and we will take your feedback into account. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.

I worked at LiftOne full-time for less than a year

    Pros

If Ed Weisiger could be at every branch at all times things would be enitely different, but we all know that cannot happen due to how many branches are now operational. I respect the values Ed wants the company to display at all branches , but the lower levels of management fail to follow through with these values. This company could truly be amazing if all levels understood there is a chain reaction to choices made.

    Cons

Corporate has no implemented a real training program. This position is entirely made up. You will fill a gap until the next gap appears. Some might say this is learning, but you can’t learn to manage a company or its operations in the future when no higher management is around to effectively communicate what the end state is.
