I worked at Light Corp full-time for less than a year

    Pros

None. The worst employer I've experienced in 40 years.

    Cons

They will do and tell you anything to advance their agenda. Left company with over 20 years of seniority for Light Corp, only to be "indefinitely laid off" 3 months later. Even in corporate America, they are beyond low.

    Advice to Management

Completely retool your entire operation. Literally re-write your business plan.
