      Pros

      Great creative environment! A Positive work culture to learn and grow professionally with an emphasis on creative leadership and team building. A supportive management team that values education, innovation, and peer collaboration. Excellent, affordable benefits focused on wellness and work-life fit with generous PTO and Flex-time.

      Cons

      There is always at least one negative at any company. With that said, we are working on improving our communication channels across the organization.

      CEO cares about his employees. The management team is genuinely easy to work with and helpful. Management sincerely listens to employees. This is a small company with an international reach.

      The health insurance benefits could improve.

      Pros

      The number one reason Lighthouse Instruments is a Great Company to work for is the owner, he is a warm and caring person. Staff members are friendly and warm just a fun work environment. I have worked in Sales for several companies large and small and Lighthouse has been the most enjoyable. The Professionalism of the staff member is second to none you will not find "work drama" at Lighthouse Instruments.

      There are no CONS in my opinion.
