    I have been working at Lightpath full-time

    Pros

    Lightpath has been a great place to work. If you put in the time you will see the results. The benefits are great and the schedule is even better. If you are meeting your goals, you have a lot of freedom.

    Cons

    It takes time to build a a strong customer deck and some of the biggest roadblocks come internally. Sales is required to find the sale and walk it through installation of services. There is a lot of admin work that takes away from prospecting.

    Great product ,great people to work with
    Pay was very competitive with NYC jobs
    Easier to hire people so they don t have to commute to New York City

    Cons

    some of top management was not equipped with people skills
    The new company doesn't understand the value of local people working for a local company
