Senior leadership team will run through walls for you! Great support to help close deals! Great team environment. Great customer appreciation events so we really get to build relationships with our clients and strategic partners. Opportunity for advancement with all the company growth!
The overall fiber footprint reduces the number of large enterprise customers we can sell total solutions for. Pay could be more aggressive or offer employees more opportunities to earn equity.

They give you a lot of opportunities to contribute as an intern and gain real-world experience. It is a very friendly team there and an overall positive work environment.
The intern program was a little unorganized at times but they were transparent about it being a new program and really valued our feedback on how they could improve.

Good for getting your feet wet in the industry if you're young; a good stepping stone for beginners in Metroethernet.
A bad place to settle in for the long haul. Mismanagement at nearly every level leaves the install team to pick up the pieces at the 11th hour to meet customer expectations. Hourly rate is FAR below industry standard for people with the required knowledge base. Long hours & required participation in a rotating on-call schedule that can see you working into the wee hours of the morning on a typical day. Required overtime participation. High stress environment with high expectations and immense pressure from management. No room for vertical career progression, positions are rarely filled from within. Stop in for year or two, learn the profession, and get out before you get too comfortable.
