      personable team members. PTO and bonus.

      Cons

      going downhill after bp acquisition. COO for US is not personable and not leadership quality. She's not a Kevin Smith and will never be.

      No out of pocket for medical. Reimburses costs for phone. Most positions are fully remote. Bonus structure is on par with market.

      Cons

      High workload. Growing rapidly. Not much else.
