      Co workers that’s it that’s the only reason I come to work

      They suck management is horrible they need to fire everybody from the Newark and get new mangers they preach safety but only care about themselves all they talk about is chalk and cone like that’s going to save you from a accident. Everybody sounds like a robot place is a joke

      Wages, That's about all they have to offer!

      Cons

      Company like to preach safety and open door policy, but underneath it's at at cost. Company expects more than what they want to compensate, always on call with no compensation. It's a dying Company for employment, no open door policy and safety is preach as long as it's not at a cost.

      Opportunity to learn some old school engineering practices and hybrid work schedule

      Cons

      I have been working for Linde Engineering for about 4 years and I am trying to leave soon due to the toxic environment and poor culture. The teams act like gangs and they are either coming from Praxxair, Linde India, or Linde Germany. Bascule, if you aren’t one of them, you will be completely burned out.
