Could be a fantastic place to work.

    Pros

As an employee, you can tell management if you want something and they will listen politely. You don't always get what you want, but they won't get upset. I think it's because they have to relate to customers and they try not to burn any bridges. There are many employees who left at then came back.

    Cons

The company is sales oriented. It seems that sales gets a lot of recognition and not so much other people. Also, like most companies, there is a push to do more with less people than what you really need.

    Advice to Management

Try to spread some of the praises that sometimes comes from customers to other members of the team. Not just sales. Remember that there are technical people, administrative people that also make things possible.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Link Computer full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Has a relaxed atmosphere. The company is very social. Many employees stay for 10, 15, and 20 years. People are usually focused on results, not intra-office politics.

    Cons

Slow to change, which is not the best thing for a technology company. Management is very slow to admit mistakes and take corrective action. Beginning compensation is on the low side.

    Advice to Management

Admit mistakes and fix problems instead of having endless meetings. If you offered a higher salary up front, we could hire people faster.
