I have been working at Link Consulting full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
- The people you work with basically, depending on the department off course because the company is not the small.
- There's interesting projects with huge impact and importance.
- Several opportunities to work world wide.
- Flexible work schedule.
Cons
- Lack of company vision, if there's one I don't know what it is.
- Administrators and directors should focus more on the employees, every company has to do that at the moment and cannot treat people like they did 10 years ago.
- Need for new or renovated offices.
- A better lunchroom/cafeteria needed.
Advice to Management
-A lot to improve from Administrators and directors, like I already said, more focus on the employees and on the culture.
- Marketing and HR are very important for a company and there should be more investment on it. You've to improve our companies image towards everyone. Link should be one of the best places to work at.
- Last and not least: "if you pay bananas, you get monkeys"

Pros
Great and friendly working environment
Cons
Nothing I can think of, since I'm only in my Masters thesis Internship

I worked at Link Consulting full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Good word/life balance. Sometimes you might need to push some extra hours before a deadline, but that happens everywhere. Flexible schedule, nice location in Lisbon. Good if you want a steady job and not worry much about it
Cons
You don't have a lot of tech challenges, most of the work is similar and repetitive. Compensation is average comparing to similar companies. Not that much room for quick growth, unless someone steps out you probably won't move higher up.

I have been working at Link Consulting full-time (More than a year)
Pros
- Great environment
- Good for recent graduates
- Good pay for people with no experience
Cons
- Management is old school
- Few people for the amount of work, company doesn't want to hire anybody else, unless you're a recent graduate
- Career progression is a myth, some people have worked more than 3 years in the company and receive the same salary
- Some GP's ask you to work for a certain project and after that don't want to give you the project. Basically they ask you to work for free ...
Advice to Management
Drop the hour project report. People spend precious time asking for projects and reporting the spent hours, instead of spending those hours in the project itself.

Pros
Decent compensation and opportunity to work at big companies
Cons
Still a subcontractor position which doesn't create antiquity or gets benefits

Pros
A good learning school for people at the beginning of their careers.
Cons
Not a very good pay but a good work ambient.

I worked at Link Consulting full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
The colleagues were mostly nice, and it was fairly easy to talk to anyone inside the company, regardless of their position.
The pay was above average when I joined as a Junior Developer.
Some projects are very interesting.
Very flexible with the working hours, although it requires good self-management on the employee's side.
Cons
Some projects could be compared to bottomless sinkholes, and there was at times considerable competition between teams for the allocation of resources.
Poor career progression. A salary that was very competitive at first became low after a couple of years.
Several reshuffles were made with no clearly defined goal, and led to no improvements.
The management doesn't value what should be their most valuable asset - their human capital.
Some internal processes, such as the employee evaluation, were completely opaque and seemed to serve for little else than to hinder individual progression.
Advice to Management
Review internal processes so that people can feel more motivated.
Value your best employees! Without them the company simply can't move forward.
