Acquisition changed EVERYTHING.

My review does NOT reflect the previous CEO listed (Ben Kniffen) as he is no longer with the company. Prior to acquisition by Solidyfy back in early 2025, it was a great job with the best coworkers. I really felt like they cared about me as an employee and as a person.

Cons

After the acquisition, the vibe and culture of this place completely changed. It was not the same company anymore, and not in a good way. I was let go due to budget cuts and I wasn't the first, and wasn't the last. It's disappointing - and the new CEO in charge seemed to not care one bit. Basically cut an entire department/drove people away.

They expected you to learn the job without guidance and let me go due to budget cut on the first day after completing my training!
