      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, Partners take the time to mentor and train, challenging and interesting work, very reasonable minimum billable hour requirement, and competitive pay.

      Cons

      Tasks can occasionally require working late nights or weekends. Hours are still in line with other firms of comparable size in the area and Partners are appreciative of hard work.

      Free snacks and drinks. Very friendly in interview. Keep your bills at 110% and your left alone most of time

      Cons

      Low pay compared to area firms. No guidance/training. Low salary for area and billing expectations. No PTO. High turnover in all offices.
