      It is a toxic environment with crazy yelling managers that have no idea on how to manage a company.

      Flexible working time, informal environment, amazing colleagues

      Cons

      Unpaid extra hours, total lack of organization, no clear career path, little-to-no salary growth over time, use of outdated technologies, almost total lack of communication from the management (...while thing are going smoothly. Expect them to come out swinging at you when things don't go as it was planned, for any reason)
