Pros

Great culture; open to new ideas and technologies; seem to be make money in spite of themselves; definitely a unique place compared to many other big architecture firms; lots of flexibility in terms of work hours and telecommuting

Cons

Way too much focus on social activities, internal initiatives and activities....need to spend more time actually working. Right now it seems a few carry the load because many of the others are too busy planning and executing the social activities and non-revenue generating internal initiatives. Those same few are also the ones that are putting in the long hours because many of the others aren't even putting in full days. The whole work from home thing is great but only if people are actually working. Shouldn't have to take PTO for standard holidays.

Pros

Good and easy atmosphere, everybody was able to telecommute, when needed, but, as I understand it depends on the office you are in. Interesting projects and easy in office communication. Liked it overall.

Cons

Worked on one interesting project which was underpriced, consequently lots of unpaid overtime for a while. Overall tendency to force overtime in order to cut costs and keep rather high profits on equally high- and low budget projects.

Welcomes critical feedback so that we can improve and find ways to create meaningful employee experiences. a client centric focus, on finding ways that architecture supports its client goals. Great benefits, upward mobility, an opportunity for employees to participate in the overall success of its clients and company. Forward thinking in its role in the design community, and how it can continually improve in who they are.

Cons

A firm that is going through growth, and that at times can feel challenging to navigate all that is changing.
