      Very good people below the LT.

      Cons

      The company has gone completely the opposite way of what was first advertised. The culture has gone down and management just doesn’t care at all. The p&c team are the worst, where they’re all just seeing the good but not addressing the things that have gone bad. The culture and values is just a show for other potential to hire but there is nothing followed
