      People i n management positions have been there for along time so, unless they leave there is no room for you to move up. No overtime

      Reasonable work hours for a call center.

      Cons

      After being sued by Google, this place was a sinking ship. We were laid off in waves. Management was horrible, had no empathy and prided themselves in shady business practices and making their employees feel bad. Horrible experience.

      none. worst company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      They train you to lie to customers and scam them out of money. They fired me because my sister died and I left to be with my family.
