Pros

Localize has a compelling product, especially in the current AI arms race. Speaking for the US based positions, I believe you have the autonomy and freedom to carve out your own success. The NYC office is rather small, so the team is tight knit and everyone is a contributor to the welcoming, collaborative culture.

Cons

There seems to be consistent turnover, but not due to financial strain. At times the company priorities and goal setting can be unclear. Maintaining relationships with the TLV office can be challenging, but that is not unheard of for international offices.

Pros

Management puts high emphasis on employee wellbeing and development. I feel like my feedback is being heard and implemented and management is being transparent in explaining decisions made. My co-workers are smart, highly talented, supportive and push me to be better at what i do. The company develops cutting-edge technology and market adoption is fantastic so expecting high growth.

Cons

Startup life is not for everyone and Localize is no different in that: Hours can be long, since people are so committed it's sometimes hard to plug off There are times when one needs to own their domain with less management oversight.
