Newly founded esop company that is managed by very arrogant and belittling management.
Pros
Great place to work if you don't mind being overworked while you watch management unable to deligate equal work loads to guys that stand around with there hands in there pockets because they operate the place on the good buddy management system. Don't waste your time.
Cons
Everything, management thinks because they have done it the same way for years they don't have to change and they definitely will let you know your input is not needed. Very arrogant and rude, not open to communication or change. They treat you as if your the problem when they can't see they are. Management thinks a dead body in the work place is better than having no body and that isn't good Management practices or fair for the employees that show up to work and do a good job. No recruitment or retention program in place to bring in substantial employees and keep them. But that's they've done it for years lol
