      Pros

      We can learn lot by sacrificing lot. It's good for fresher to have knowledge of business how it runs and goes on.

      Cons

      This is probably the least payers in the industry i do not recommend people to join here they treat employees with no benefits and hike is around 1.5k yearly disgusting
