- A lot of work to do, a lot to learn & grow - Freedom of interaction with Management to share difficulties
Cons
- Some lazy people in team which ruin every other person's hard work - No recreational activities to keep employee energy high. Only work work work. Don't expect anything apart from work pressure here.
