I worked at Logwin part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Structured approach that lead to high exposure to the industry and various departments involved. Left with enhanced knowledge that prepared myself for a further career within the industry or another.

    Cons

Downtime quite often that lead to unproductive tasks, this lead to a certain amount of time being wasted instead of being spent on something more productive.

    Advice to Management

Good management lead to a structured and knowledgeable experience that prepared for future career. If possible, conduct a performance appraisal at the end of duration for two way feedback.

    Pros

You can learn there how to learn by yourself about all their systems - not good trainings.

    Cons

People do not respect eachother, full of gossip and not nice vibes at work.

    Advice to Management

Show more respect to people and think not only about your own career but create a developing patch for your workers.
