Pros
Lula is a young startup, but there are plenty of opportunities. I have been with the company since they officially launched and it has been exciting to watch the company grow. The startup culture is fun and flexible. The CEO is a great guy who cares about his employees. The work can be challenging which is something I love. Fantastic place to work.
Cons
This isn't a con to me, but it might be to someone else. The job description is fairly vague. Employees have to wear many different hats, but that's the case with all startups. It's just a part of the culture.
