      I had a very positive onboarding experience at M-Tech Innovations Ltd. The induction and training program was well-structured, informative, and engaging, with excellent department-wise sessions and practical exposure. Special thanks to Maithili Ji for her continuous coordination and support, and to Ms. Soniya Ma’am for her positive and encouraging approach that made my transition smooth. I also appreciate the HR team and all trainers for designing a comprehensive program covering systems, products, RFID solutions, and operational processes. The entire experience truly reflects the company’s commitment to employee development and professionalism.
