Get paid to do nothing productive. No need to have qualifications or skills to work here.

Cons

Leadership intimidated by individuals who are more qualified than them. Too much money or wasted resources used to do unnecessary travel for leadership. Too many qualified people are ignored as candidates due to the insecurity of leadership.
