Pros
The job is easy with little to no skill. They will hire anyone with minimum wage.
Cons
The company is family owned so there's definitely favoritism. If you do not agree with one of them than you are on their watch list. As for the business aspect, they do not respect their customers and the quality of the product is low. They expect to get paid, but do not meet the customer's specification of their products. I would avoid this company unless you want to be a slave.
