      Great staff but micro managed.

      Pros

      Great people and culture, decent pay and many opportunities to earn bonuses and pay increases. Great at making staff feel valued. Great flexibility

      Cons

      Too micromanaged and staff can be left to clean up after management decisions.

      Clear processes, great office environment, flexible working offered, great career progression

      Sometimes there are clear splits within companies in the group, so would be good to get all companies blended a bit more
