    I worked at MB Bank for more than a year

    Pros

    competitive salaries, bonnus and incentive

    Cons

    It's not friendly environment, training course just help a little for the real work. Colleagues donot support to newbies. Manager does not build training on jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Changing in training attitued for the new enployees.

    Pros

    One is envolved in lots of steps and has to follow from the begin to the end of procedure, that helps you can learn a lot

    Cons

    There is no standardized training course to new employees. Besides the technology is in bad condition

    Improve the technology. Train employees carefully

    - A dynamic environment for young people who want to contribute their real abilities - At low level, your real talent is appreciated

    Cons

    - Uncompetitive salary - The internal procedure is quite complex, making it difficult for sales forces to develop sales volume. - At higher level, it's more difficult to get promoted if you rely on only your own abilities when some kinds of personal relationships are needed.
