Pros

Very nice office with access to downtown amenities. Half day on Fridays.

Cons

Every day it feels like you're going into a chaotic mess. I still get triggered when I drive by this place. The half day Fridays means you spend 9+ hours in the office M-Th

Pros

A strong early learning experience with talented, hardworking coworkers, opportunities for technical growth, and some principals who genuinely care about quality and design.

Cons

Management lacked consistency and transparency in decision making. Internal politics and informal narrative control by certain individuals affected morale and open communication. Job security felt uncertain, even after receiving positive feedback and making personal commitments based on management assurances.

Pros

Plenty of projects, chances to learn, and even some fun perks like company outings or half-day Fridays. Good Resume and Portfolio Builder

Cons

Management is completely disconnected from the actual work. They care only about results, not the process it takes to get there. They have little understanding of how things get done, yet always have the loudest opinions. Directions constantly change, communication is inconsistent, and when you do exactly what you were told, you’re still blamed for doing it “wrong”. The “benefits” they advertise are mostly surface-level: coffee, snacks, occasional meals, and free parking. Health coverage is weak, bonuses are terrible because the company “had a bad year,” and yet leadership rewards themselves visibly. Profit-sharing and retirement programs sound great until you realize they barely exist in reality. Even if you avoid the negativity, you’ll still overhear management openly criticizing employees. It’s discouraging and makes collaboration almost impossible. When projects are approved and finished, the moment a new comment appears, you’re reprimanded for something completely out of your control. You’d think a long-established company would know how to hire and support good people. Instead, they rely on unnecessary tests and personality screens while overlooking actual skill or experience.
