This company will definitely give you a shot if you show interest and put effort into learning your job.
Cons
There are a lot of people who are not qualified for their position and the lack of quality in their work shows. Management seems unwilling to move on from some of these people and it really holds the company back by putting unnecessary extra work onto their good workers.
