      -Free snacks -Low expectations -No accountability -Very educated and motivated engineers -Clean facility

      Cons

      -Zero chance at advancement (unless you are willing to take on added responsibilities without added compensation). -Owner makes terrible emotional decisions that the rest of the company deals with the consequences of. -No leadership -Terrible Morale -Terrible pay -Promised raises and profit sharing that never come

      The coworkers were easy going and nice people to work with, many had numerous years of experience.

      Cons

      Upper level management was constantly changing positions and it seemed like corporate level didn't show interest in the onsite employees
