    Cons

I have been working at MRM full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The company has great resources, and the effort put in on a corporate and HR level really stands out. Benefits are great, time off is amazing and the work is well structured and organized which has helped ease typical day to day frustration. Everyone is also very committed to producing high quality work and helping each other succeed, I feel proud to be part of it all.

    Cons

    It can feel quite serious.
