Pros

Depending on what your role is, you will learn a lot. You will learn to work under heavy pressure and stress. If you can handle the many, many cons, working here can lead to a better job in the future.

Cons

Low Pay (except for sales), very poor training, terrible onboarding process (people are often given a desk, a few things to read, and then ignored for a few weeks), incredibly high turnover (over 20 people were fired in my two years there, and another 25 left on their own), overall low moral around the office. Management doesn't really listen to employee's suggestions. Middle managers are not really allowed to manage, leading to confusion and disorganization amongst the lower ranks. Upper Managers (mainly the CEO) can be quite rude and disrespectful. He is very nice in one on one situations, but really mean and unreasonable when others are around. The company has a policy of constant chop and change, which means you can spend a month on a project, only to have the entire project cancelled or never go anywhere. Also, your role and position will probably change. They do not like titles, so expect to be confused about what you will be doing. Upper Management has become a little out of touch with today's sales process and what customers need and want, leading to a lot of frustration. There is also a constant fear of being let go, as employees are often fired without warning or explanation.

Pros

The office is convenient to transit and pleasant to work in with many nice coworkers and free vittles in the fridge. The top management is there maybe two times a week , if you`re lucky your position won`t directly work with other managers so it can be low stress but working here is a paycheque now but pointless long term

Cons

Employee turnover is unbelievable. Employees are let go without warning when they can find someone cheaper in order to make the numbers work for the Quarter. Zero opportunity for advancement. Employees are often hired for one job and then dumped into some other position or don`t know what their position/duties are at all . If you`re hired ,take it but keep looking elsewhere!

Pros

central location on the highway I am home but 5:15 leave on time and get home early is a advantage anyway for sure I know people have longer commutes

Cons

the owner found boss president or whatever he fancies himself is out of touch and clearly an egomaniac unreasonable dated product doesn't do the job so they become unreasonable and impolite no kindness or class here stay away
