Good learning for junior employees. Most employees are knowledgeable in their fields and easy to work with. Diverse product lines

Cons

Projects are disorganized and feel rushed. Many legacy issues with drawings and models. Most projects are filled with mundane tasks. It was always difficult to get good experience that would improve your skills.
