    Pros

    Wide technology stack, many options to change your position and role, many interesting and challenging projects, good performance review processes.
    Very good location.

    Cons

    Poor process management, sometimes chaotic and spontaneous decisions,
    Sometimes bad technology choices -- unreliable and slow.

    Advice to Management

    Restructure the IT support team, it should be another project with proper management, not a chaotic service desk.

    Pros

    Great team, well organised corporative celebrations, tasky cakes almost each day (tradition - each employee carried one or 2 at his birthday)

    Cons

    Overtimes. Bad communication between developers and management.
