      Valuable project management exposure, but fast-paced changes challenge communication

      Pros

      Gain exposure to project management skills with great emphasis on business system integration, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder coordination across different departments

      Cons

      Operated under Agile environments so there are constant changes in project timelines, and updates. Difficult to keep up with technical discussions between business system analysts, and tech developers. You have to reframe it into business language when communicating project updates and directing the meeting.

      Pros

      Strong mission, talented colleagues, Pre-acquisition, the culture was genuinely people-first and collaborative.

      Cons

      Poor pay, limited recognition. High pressure. Lack of diversity. Culture eroded significantly after the acquisition. Management accountability is lacking, and employees who take protected leave should be aware of how that may be perceived — know your rights.
