Pros
For the most part, in my time in this company I have come by working with amazing people. Fellow coworkers that in the end have become dear friends. The hours are extremely flexible. With the amount of diversity, in coworkers and customers, and how hard you are pushed to become a good seller, you can really succeed and become a decent agent.
Cons
Upper management needs to be A LOT more organized in managing the personnel and stop moving people around so much. This is the main reason their employment retention is awful. There is also some favoritism, but that can be expected from a company where so many of the employees are related. Gossip runs like wildfire.
